Outpatient Treatment for Alcohol and Drug Abuse
Program Structure, Schedule, and Price
Our program is 8 weeks at 3 sessions a week, 3 hours per session. Treatment includes  2 individual sessions and 52 aftercare sessions at no additional charge.  Most clients attend sessions 3 times a week for 12 to 16 weeks, again at no additional charge.
Treatment Goal
Our Philosophy
The program fee is comparable to what many clients would be charged in insurance co-payments by other outpatient programs, which use the Minnesota Model and are staffed by counselors.

21st CARE does not accept post treatment payment from insurance companies but we provide clients with completed forms to file for reimbursement.  We offer two different payment options.
Payment Option #1 ........ $1400  Due at time of registration.

Payment Option #2 ........ $500  Deposit at registration and 8 weekly payments of $150 for a total of
                                           $1700

All Option #2 payments are due each week on your payment day before the start of group.
Our "Program"
Clients work harder when therapists work less and denial is minimized when using a non-adversarial setting.  We don't beat on clients, but rather help them to stop beating on themselves.  Most people we work with set unrealistic expectations for themselves.  By doing this, they create self-fulfilling prophecies of failure.
Some clients attend IOP 3 nights a week for 1 year
At that rate, you are paying $9.00 per session.

To provide the highest quality treatment available for Substance Use Disorders and any other obsessive, compulsive, repetitive, destructive behaviors.  No two treatment plans are exactly alike because no two people are exactly alike.
Unlike almost every treatment program, which uses the Minnesota Model, we understand that one size does not fit all.  Other programs claim to use individual treatment plans yet they all look the same, but our clients help direct their own treatment plans.
