A "test results" letter or progress note can be written for any person, group, or organization of your choice, but can take up to twenty-four (24) hours to complete.

Substance Use Evaluations are typically administered to fulfill legal or professional requirements and can be formatted according to the offense or company policy.
DWI, Drug related offenses, Failed drug screens, Drivers License re-instatement, Employer or Company policies, Probation officers, Attorneys, Pre-Trial Intervention officers, Judges, etc.
Drug & Alcohol Education Classes or Required Hours
Each class counts for either one (1) session or three (3) hours towards the client's required amount of treatment education. Treatment education is typically required by State DMVs, Employers, Probation officers, Judges, Attorneys, etc.
Upon finishing your required amount of treatment education, a Completion Certificate and evaluation report is sent to the person, group, or organization of your choice.
