A "test results" letter or progress note can be written for any person, group, or organization of your choice, but can take up to twenty-four (24) hours to complete.

Substance Use Evaluations are typically administered to fulfill legal or professional requirements and can be formatted accordingly.
DWI, Drug related offenses, Failed drug screens, Drivers License re-instatement, Employer or Company policies, Probation officers, Attorneys, Pre-Trial Intervention officers, Judges, etc.
Each class counts for either one (1) session or three (3) hours towards the client's required amount of treatment education. Treatment education is typically required by State DMVs, Employers, Probation officers, Judges, Attorneys, etc.
Upon finishing your required amount of treatment education, a Completion Certificate and evaluation report is sent to the person, group, or organization of your choice.

Adult Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder Evaluations are typically administered per a doctor's referral and can be formatted accordingly.
Because of the unique nature and spectrum of the disorder, doctors often prefer a diagnosis be established prior to starting a pharmocological intervention.
Primary care physicians and general practice doctors can utilize our services in the continuum of care for their patients. By doing this, both the patient and doctor can feel more comfortable with prescribing stimulants.
